1. Introduction
By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This website is owned and operated by Zuri Ayurveda, based in Middelburg, South Africa. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Zuri Ayurveda.
2. Use of Products & Medical Disclaimer
Botanical Nature: Our products are made from natural, plant-based ingredients (botanicals).
Not Medical Advice: The information provided on this site, including personalized hair regimens, is for educational and cosmetic purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any scalp or hair conditions.
Sensitivity Test: We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full application. Zuri Ayurveda is not liable for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities to natural ingredients.
3. Personalized Consultations
Eligibility: The complimentary hair consultation and custom regimen are exclusive benefits for customers who have completed a purchase.
Non-Professional Advice: Consultations are based on the information you provide. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific hair growth outcomes as individual results vary based on genetics, health, and consistency.
4. Orders and Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Gateways: We use secure South African payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their respective security terms.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Local & International: We ship within South Africa and to Canada, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country’s customs department.
Delivery Liability: Zuri Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs holding. Once the parcel leaves our facility and a tracking number is provided, risk passes to the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act:
Hygiene Products: Due to the nature of cosmetic and hair care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or store credit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Zuri Ayurveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use the website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
