Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (including product launches or promotions), processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally, including to Canada, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. - Customs Compliance:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with local import laws and regulations. Zuri Ayurveda will not be liable for delays, confiscation, or rejection by customs authorities.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Requirements
We use professional courier services to ensure safe delivery.
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- A valid physical address must be provided.
- A person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery during business hours.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Re-delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-dispatch the parcel.
7. Risk, Damages & Loss
- Risk Transfer:
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address, in line with applicable law.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging
Lost Shipments:
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier. Resolution will be subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.
8. Consumer Rights (South Africa)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to receive goods that are:
- Of good quality
- In good working order
- Free from defects
Where applicable, remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in line with the Act.
