Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zuri Ayurveda, we take great pride in the quality and botanical purity of our products. Because our formulas are natural and intended for personal hygiene, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the nature of our products (hair oils, butters, and powders), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items that have been opened or used. This is a strict hygiene requirement to protect all our members.

2. 7-Day "Unopened" Return Window

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item to our facility in Middelburg.

Refund Process: Once we inspect the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund (minus the original shipping fee) to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if we make a mistake, we will fix it immediately.

Notification: You must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package if an item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

Evidence: Please include your Order Number and high-quality photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund for the affected item.

4. International Orders (Canada, Zambia, Zimbabwe)

Customs & Duties: Zuri Ayurveda is not responsible for packages rejected by customs due to unpaid duties or local import regulations. No refunds will be issued for "Refused" international shipments.

Transit Damage: While we pack our international orders with extra care, please contact us immediately if your items are damaged during their global journey so we can assist with a claim.

5. Allergic Reactions

We use potent botanicals like Moringa, Bhringraj, and Amla among others. We strongly recommend a 24-hour patch test before full use. As everyone's skin and hair react differently to natural ingredients, Zuri Ayurveda cannot offer refunds for individual sensitivities or allergic reactions.

6. How to Start a Return

To begin a return for an unopened item or report a damaged one, please email us with your Order Number in the subject line.
