1. Product & Ingredients
Are your products 100% natural? Yes! We use high-performance botanicals like Moringa, Bhringraj, and Amla among others. Our formulas are free from harsh chemicals, sulfates, and artificial fillers. We believe in "botanical science" for real results.
Is the Length Retention Butter greasy? Not at all. We formulated our butter to be grit-free and lightweight. It melts into your strands to lock in moisture without leaving a heavy, sticky residue.
Can I drink the Flow & Flourish Herbal Tea? No. While our ingredients are premium and natural, this tea is a topical hair rinse designed specifically for your scalp and hair strands. It is not for internal consumption.
2. The Zuri Consultation
How do I get my free hair consultation? It’s simple! Once you purchase any Zuri Ayurveda product, click the link to our Consultation Form at the top of the Homepage. Fill it out, and we will create a custom hair regimen for you.
Why do I have to buy a product first? To give you a regimen that actually works, you need the right tools. Our expert advice is designed to be used with our specific botanical formulas to ensure you see the best results for growth and retention.
How long does it take to get my regimen? Because each regimen is carefully reviewed, please allow 72 hours for your personalized plan to arrive in your inbox.
3. Usage & Results
How soon will I see results? Consistency is key! Most members notice a difference in hair softness and scalp health within 2–4 weeks. For significant length retention, we recommend following your custom regimen for at least 90 days.
Do I need to do a patch test? Yes. Since we use potent plant extracts, we always recommend a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before applying the products fully.
4. Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship? We ship nationwide in South Africa and internationally to Canada, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
How long does shipping take?
South Africa: 3–5 business days.
International: 7–14 business days, depending on customs in your country.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)? We do not offer COD because all orders are shipped via professional courier services. We accept all major secure online payments.
